Google News is Homophobic
What, dear reader, might one expect if one were to type "gay" into Google News' search engine? Stories about Larry Craig? Anderson Cooper? Zac Ephron? Us too. But the sad truth is that Google News doesn't want you to learn about gay things. It doesn't care about GLAAD protesting Buju Banton or AIDS victims being buried alive in Papua New Guinea or the latest episode of Unicorn Planet. Google News seems to think sprinting is more important than all of that stuff combined. Commence with the hatemail.
